Refund Policy

RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO JOHN LISTON PHOTOGRAPHY WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER INITAL DELIVERY.

Only un-damaged prints, in original shipping tubes and poly bags will receive a full monetary compensation as quickly as possible.

   *  Do not return damaged prints!

   *  No refund or credit on damaged prints!

   *  Damaged prints will not be returned to buyer!

I personally print, package and ship every print I sell. I do not sell damaged prints.

If your prints arrive in a damaged shipping tube immediately check the enclosed print. If the print is damaged, notify the carrier company involved to process a claim.
